FREE CORE FEATURES

  • Medication list and medication reminders.
  • Dose logging and weekly summaries.
  • Care-team sharing with access you control.
  • Your own profile plus one additional profile.

Start with the free tools to organize your medications and get familiar with the app.

OPTIONAL PRO

More history and reports

  • Extended blood-pressure and glucose history.
  • Monthly and custom reports.
  • PDF exports for printing or sharing.

More than one additional profile requires a paid plan. Compare the available plans and their included profile capacity in the app.

How much does a subscription cost?

Open the app’s upgrade screen to see the current plans, billing periods and prices in your local currency. The purchase screen shows the price and subscription terms before you confirm. Available offers and prices can differ by store and country.

Downloading the app is free. A paid subscription is optional; the free medication list, reminders and dose logging do not require Pro.

How are subscriptions managed?

Apple or Google processes purchases made through its store. Review or cancel your subscription through the store account used to buy it. Deleting the app or your Pocket Med List account does not automatically cancel a subscription. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use it for a family member?

Yes. The free plan includes your own profile and one additional profile. Caregiver sharing lets an account owner invite someone to help and control their access. Check the in-app plan details if you need more profiles.

Who built Pocket Med List?

Pocket Med List was co-founded by Eddy Airiohuodion, PharmD, an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist. The app is operated by Pocket Med List LLC in Midlothian, Texas.

How is my information handled?

Pocket Med List does not sell Consumer Health Data or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You control whom you invite to your care team and can revoke access. Read the Privacy Policy for information about service providers, data use, retention and your choices.

You can request account deletion in the app through Profile > Delete account or use the account deletion page. Contact support@pocketmedlist.com for app help.

Which features should I explore first?

Start with a medication list for appointments, medication reminders or refill tracking. If you record readings from your own devices, see blood-pressure and glucose logs.
