A LIST YOU CAN EXPLAIN

Names, strengths and schedules in one place.

Open your list when a healthcare professional asks what you take. Each medication record brings its details together so you can check them before a visit.

Actual app screen with sample data. Appearance may vary by device and app version.

What belongs in a medication list?

Start with the information on your medication labels and the instructions your care team has given you. In Pocket Med List, you can record:

Include the nonprescription products and supplements you take when discussing your list with your pharmacist. Ask them to help resolve anything you cannot identify or are unsure about.

A simple checklist before your appointment

  1. Check the person. Open your own profile or the separate profile of the person you care for.
  2. Check the details. Compare the list with your labels and current instructions. Note anything that needs clarification.
  3. Bring your questions. Use your recorded dose history and notes to explain your routine.
  4. Review together. Show the list to your pharmacist or clinician. Confirm any changes with them before updating your routine.

Can I share or print my list?

You can show the medication list on your phone and use the app’s sharing tools. Optional Pro reports add PDF exports for printing or sharing. See free features and optional paid plans.

Your list contains information entered by you or an authorized caregiver. It is not automatically a clinically verified medication record. Review it with your care team; the app does not decide which medication or dose you should take.

Can a caregiver help keep it current?

Yes. Caregiver sharing lets you invite someone to help, with access you control. Separate profiles help keep each person’s medication information organized.

Is the medication list free?

Yes. The medication list, medication reminders and dose logging are free core tools. Pocket Med List has no ads. Optional paid features are explained on the plans page, with local subscription prices shown in the app before purchase.

Explore medication reminders, refill tracking and blood-pressure and glucose logs.
