Delete from inside the app (fastest)
Open Pocket Med List and go to the Profile tabIt's the person icon in the bottom-right corner of the app.
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete My Account”You'll see a summary of exactly what will be deleted.
Confirm the deletionTap “Yes, Delete My Account” to submit your request. That's it.
⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes:
- All medications and dose history
- Care team connections and pending invites
- Adherence streaks and the activity log
- Profile, insurance references, and emergency contact information
Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Care team members you invited will lose access immediately.
Can't access the app?
Email support@pocketmedlist.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my Pocket Med List account.” We'll verify the request and confirm once deletion is complete.
Just want a break instead?
You don't have to delete your account to step away — you can simply sign out, or remove individual medications and care team members while keeping your account. If something isn't working, we'd love the chance to help first: support@pocketmedlist.com.
