01

Build your medication list

Enter each medication name, strength and directions. Include the details you need to recognize the right medication at home or explain your list at an appointment.

02

Set reminders around your prescribed schedule

Review the schedule and reminder times before saving. Allow notifications on your phone and check that reminders are enabled; delivery can depend on device settings.

03

Record what happened

Log a dose as taken or skipped and review your recorded history. Your self-reported history helps you review your routine and prepare for healthcare conversations.

04

Keep the right person’s list in view

Manage your own medication list or switch to a person you care for. Learn how caregiver medication management keeps profiles separate.

What is free?

Your medication list, reminders and dose logging are free. Optional Pro adds extended health history, monthly and custom reports, and PDF exports. Compare current plans and local prices in the app.

Can I print or share my medication information?

Show your medication list at a visit. Optional Pro reports can be exported as a PDF for printing or sharing. Keep the list current and review it with your care team.

What if I miss a dose?

The app records your routine; it does not decide what dose you should take. Follow your medication instructions or contact your pharmacist or prescriber if you are unsure.
