FOR THE PEOPLE YOU CARE FOR
Care is personal.
Managing it can
be simpler.
Help a parent, partner, or someone who relies on you—without mixing their medications with yours.
- Manage separate profiles on one phone.
- Invite trusted people with their own accounts.
- Choose access and revoke it when needed.
WHY WE BUILT IT
A familiar question.
A better way to
bring the answer.
“What medications
do you take?”
“In the emergency department, I saw how often patients could not tell us what medications they were taking—sometimes at the exact moment that information was most important.
I created Pocket Med List to help patients and the people who care for them keep an accurate, current medication record, stay more organized with daily medications, and come into every healthcare visit better prepared.”

Get started freeIs Pocket Med List free?
Yes. Your medication list, reminders, dose logging, safety checks, care-team sharing, and weekly summary are free. Optional Pro adds features such as extended health history, monthly and custom reports, and PDF export. The app shows the current plans and local prices before you subscribe.
Can I use it on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Pocket Med List is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Use the download buttons on this page to open the correct store.
Can I manage medications for someone who does not have a phone?
Yes. Add a person you care for and keep their medication information separate on your phone. Your own profile plus one additional person are free; managing more people requires the applicable paid plan. You can also invite someone with their own account to your care team.
Can I record blood pressure and blood glucose?
Yes. Enter readings from your blood-pressure cuff or glucose meter and review them alongside your medication information. The app does not measure these readings itself. Extended history and PDF reports are optional Pro features.
Can I bring my list to a medical appointment?
Yes. Review your medication names, strengths, and directions before the visit, then show your list to your clinician. Optional Pro reports can be exported as a PDF for printing or sharing.
Does it replace advice from my pharmacist or doctor?
No. Keep your list consistent with your prescription labels and your clinician’s instructions. Safety checks are an extra prompt to review information, not a complete clinical assessment. Speak with your pharmacist or prescriber before changing treatment.
Who can see my medication information?
You choose whom to invite and what access to grant through care-team sharing, and you can revoke that access. Read our Privacy Policy for details on how the service handles information.
How can a clinic or health plan recommend it?
Visit our healthcare partnerships page to explore patient introductions, caregiver support, and a focused adoption rollout. Contact our team to discuss your population, workflow, and requirements.
